We increase patient satisfaction by answering all patient PAP equipment product and supply questions on the spot. We verify patient understanding and re-educate as required, in the proper use of PAP equipment and supplies. Our Customer Service Team is trained and available to troubleshoot non-PAP related equipment and service needs and will forward information to your staff as required.
We notify your staff in the event of patient address changes, patient requests for equipment pickup, or when we are notified that a patient has deceased.
We maintain records of all patient calls, shipments and satisfaction information. We provide you with recurring, up-to-date patient compliance satisfaction survey information. We also help you track your non-compliant PAP patients and provide you timely notification of patient concerns and issues.
Upon call confirmation of patients' requests to ship PAP supplies, we allow you to pre-approve all supplies prior to shipment. We provide you same-day verified shipping status for all shipments which allows you to bill patient insurances immediately.
